Ms. Kaleeswari aged 23 years, belongs to Dalit community and was doing graduate course(BSC) in govt college with the help of her elder sister. Ms. Kaleeswari aged 23 years, belongs to Dalit community and was doing graduate course(BSC) in govt college with the help of her elder sister. Her father died and her mother is poor. When she went to college, she was abused by some dominated caste anti social culprits. She was shocked emotionally and also lost the hope to live in the world.

She was identified and brought by her family to our counseling centre. We counseled, motivated her to vent up her emotional feelings and to overcome stress and trauma. She was also motivated to remove the suicidal ideas and to develop the self confidence. We made a SHG in dalit community and enlisted her in it. We gave her Rs.2000 in Apr 2008 to start a small business on selling the mobile phone recharge cards in her village. Now she is earning Rs.800/- per month. She is repaying the loan from her earnings.

Now she has completed her studies and started a small business on cell phone recharging coupons. She started this business in April 2008. Now she is happy and also financially supporting her family.
