Her husband expired he was HIV positive. Her family member does not support her. When She came, she was very weak had abdomen pain & cough with anorexia, breathlessness & weight loss. Her weight was only 37 kg.

The patient was referred from Sasoon Hospital ART centre. She had been given multivitamins injection through IV with antibiotic tablet. X-ray, lab test, & HB test was done. She was admitted from 04/09/2008 to 17/09/2008

The abdomen pain and cough decreased. We put her on a good diet. The health of the patient has improved. She is very thankful to the doctor, nurse & the entire staff.
