The girls had no knowledge of personal hygiene during the menstrual period. Due to ignorance and shyness they did not tell anyone about their doubts and state of mind

During the camp, Sahara for All gave them information about the physical, mental and hormonal changes that take place in our bodies during the adolescent period. We explained and helped them identify normal and abnormal changes. After that we held separate discussions with the boys and girls

The children were very happy to get some valuable suggestions for their hidden problems. They were relaxed and discussed their doubts and issues openly with us. They promised to talk to their parents of their concerns in the future
