Baidyanath Ramdas has a son who is an agricultural day labourer. Baidyanath Ramdas has a son who is an agricultural day labourer. The income he earns is hardly sufficient to support the family. Baidyanath had a difficult time staying as a dependent at the home of his son.

ERDS came to know Baidyanath s condition through the social worker. The organization supported him by providing food, clothing, doing medical check-up and recreation. The social worker also counseled the family members to be caring and understanding towards Baidyanath Ramdas.
