Success Story

Prabhakar Yashwant Joshi is aged 80 years Prabhakar Yashwant Joshi aged 80 years was brought to us from Kothrud, Pune. He and his elder brother aged 85 years were destitute living on the footpath near one housing colony where residents often saw them begging. Later on Prabhakar had severe problem with his leg and could hardly walk. Some nearby women residents saw his plight and the immediate need for medical attention. They collected funds from nearby residents and brought Mr. Prabhakar Joshi to our foundation.

Seeing his condition we gave him free admission and immediately sent him to Poona Hospital where he was admitted and advised operation. The subsidized cost for this operation was Rs. 28000. The kind hearted women again collected funds of Rs. 20000 and the balance amount of Rs. 8000 was paid through this donation and by Janaseva Foundation.

His operation was successful, however later on he passed away
