Success Story

Ranganna aged about 59 years is from Byrapuram village, Nannoor mandal of Kurnool district. Ranganna aged about 59 years of Byrapuram village, Nannoor mandal of Kurnool district has been suffering from TB for the last two years. He was admitted in TB ward of Govt. General Hospital few months back. The hospital is providing good medicine and treating him well. But he has not recovered, even after 2 months of regular treatment and taking continuous medicines. He is very weak and his family is not able to provide him nutritious food.

SERUDS while conducting regular health activities happened to hear the story of Ranganna. After thorough enquiry we found that he has not recovered due to lack of timely food and nutritious diet. Therefore SERUDS has provided him nutritious diet like milk, boiled egg, fruits and bread twice or thrice in a month.

With the nutritious food and encouragement provided by SERUDS he has been slowly recovering. Now he is in good health and he has been discharged from hospital. He has been motivated for taking nutritious diet at his residence also.
