Samir Halder of Ghatakpur village was student of VIth standard when he lost his mother. Samir Halder of Ghatakpur village was student of VIth standard when he lost his mother. Subsequently, his father too passed away. He become a helpless orphan. He was forced to discontinue his school and live the life of a vagabond.

Bani Mandir identified Samir and gave him the opportunity to resume his classes in school. Bani Mandirs support in the form of food, shelter and coaching, helped Samir to revive the child in him. Besides, he was happy to receive books, stationery, health care and other facilities from Bani Mandir.

Samir passed his Final School Examinations in 2nd division. He has joined his higher secondary classes and is putting his efforts to build a career. More importantly, he is growing up as a good citizen.
