A poor intelligent child named Ramesha has been living in a small interior village of North Gujarat A poor intelligent child named Ramesha has been living in a small interior village of North Gujarat. There were eight members in her family out of them seven members were illiterate. They did not understand the importance of education. The bread earning member was only her father and he earned little income. Ramesha was studying in 7 grade but did not go to school regularly. Her father did not have enough money to buy school materials

LSVT visited Ramesha s village and spoke to the villagers about the importance of going to school regularly. Then we took them to visit such model schools where pupils have been going to school regularly. In one of the best model schools we held a workshop by an educational expert on importance of educational materials, cleanliness and regularity to inspire them. We provided the children with school supplies and books on June 8, 2008

Ramesha is being sent to school regularly in uniform. Her parents get her bathed and she does her home work regularly. The regularity and cleanliness inspire other school pupils to go to school. Nowadays regularity in education has become an aim of Ramesha s life
