This again means exploitation by traders and lack of confidence to run their own business.

Sri Uma Mutually Aided Cooperative Society members (MACS) were given training on managing the cooperative and monitoring it to keep track of its functioning. Class-room cum exposure visit styled training was conducted

The cooperative board of director and members are playing active role in managing the stock, local market and finances on their own. Also their planning and strategy planning has also improved.
