Our organization felt the need to make the underprivileged and destitute women of our society aware and educate them about their fundamental rights Our organization felt the need to make the underprivileged and destitute women of our society aware and educate them about their fundamental rights. Most of these women are labourers and suffer from domestic violence.

Sahara for All conducted a workshop in Bharatpur slum, The common problems faced by these women were discussed. We taught them how to over come the situation patiently without causing any disturbance in the family. We gave them consolation and encourage them to fight against their problem without any violence. We created awareness of their rights and counseled their family members as well.

It took some time to make their families understand how to respect and treat their women folk but we succeeded. Now most of the families are living happily.
