Success Story

The women of the village formed the Bibi Fathima Self Help Group. The women of the village formed the Bibi Fathima Self Help Group. However the women lacked operational knowledge and expertise. They did not know the discipline & rules of the SHGs, process of lending, Bank linkage & book keeping & about subsidy loans

Spurthi trained the ladies on book keeping, proper documentation and proper bank linkages. They were given information about obtaining loan with subsidy from BCM. They learnt about various schemes of the Government & ways & means to obtain them

Presently they are doing a group activity (Milk dairy). They are leading their life with self esteem & self dignity. Their earning is real supplement for their family; their standard of living has gone up.
