Success Story

In Sanjay colony we found many children of the 4-8 years age group, out of school. Children appeared unkempt and malnourished. In Sanjay colony we found many children of the 4-8 years age group, out of school. Children appeared unkempt and malnourished. Nisha Shersingh is a girl studying in Sshrishti Bal Siksha. She is about 3 years old & in the playgroup. She has 4 siblings. Father is construction labourer and mother is a housewife. When she initially joined Sshrishti, she looked dull and weak. Now with a glass of wholesome milk and nutritious snacks, her health seems improved. She has a happy disposition and she is keen to learn new things. She likes to colour. Now we find her playing energetically with her fellow classmates.

Detailed community outreach programme was carried out. The programme opened a centre with necessary furniture and fixtures and teaching aids. Two teachers and a helper has been employed.

After starting the programme 125 children are receiving kindergarten schooling in a cheerful atmosphere. They are also getting a glass of milk and snacks.
